DiamondDel's Educational Networking Industry and Member Services (DENIMS) will REDUCE the nationwide teacher shortage by increasing the number of certified and highly qualified teachers available to serve each student; RECRUIT members of online professional communities into the teaching profession and provide assistance and mentoring to assure successful completion of the teacher certification process as required by each state; and RAISE educators' awareness and knowledge of the differences and similarities in teacher certification and NCLB highly qualified requirements as outlined by each of our 50 USA states.
